a stronger tomorrow

Upload your financial data to get a clear view of your cash position, the biggest cash pressures, and practical next steps.

Biggest expected shortage—Peak cash pressure

BUSINESS INFORMATION

Provide the information TIC needs

Upload source information once. Each intelligence domain uses the records and time basis appropriate to its decision.

INFORMATION INTAKE

Start with the records you already have

An accounting-system connection is not required. TIC keeps the time basis of each source explicit. Liquidity uses point-in-time cash and forward cash timing; Profitability uses recognized revenue and expenses for defined reporting periods. CSV is active in this prototype; Excel workbooks, financial statements and bank statements remain planned pathways with their own validation rules.

ANALYSIS CONTROLS

Set the cash reserve and committed funding

TIC calculates a recommended operating reserve from the scheduled cash obligations you provide. Management or contractual minimums apply only when they are higher.

TIC calculated minimumUpload operating obligationsDefault method: 2 weeks of representative essential cash outflows across the 13-week outlook.
How TIC calculates this

Included by default: supplier payables, payroll, operating expenses, debt service and taxes. Capex and unclassified other payments are excluded from the reserve base. TIC averages the included 13-week cash outflows, applies 2 weeks of coverage, then rounds up to the nearest $1,000.

Minimum used in outlook—TIC recommendation unless a higher control applies

TIC EXPLANATION

What your cash outlook means

Plain-English decision support based only on your released TIC results.

TIC EXPLANATION

Liquidity outlook and key drivers

TIC explanations become available after a financial result passes release controls.

ASK TIC

Ask questions about your business cash

You do not need to know the finance term or formulate the perfect prompt. TIC starts from your released results and suggests useful questions.

YOUR QUESTION

What would you like to understand?

Ask about cash pressure, timing, funding coverage, the narrowing cash cushion, or what management should investigate next.

Answers use only released TIC facts. If the data cannot establish a cause, TIC will say what is known and what information is still needed.

WORKING CAPITAL INTELLIGENCE

See where cash timing needs investigation

TIC identifies the receivables and supplier payments that overlap the cash-pressure period, then asks for management context only where the records cannot establish the underlying cause.

Run a new analysis to build working-capital diagnostics.

MANAGEMENT CONTEXT

Questions TIC cannot answer from the records alone

No context questions yet.

FINANCING READINESS

Are you financially prepared to approach financing?

TIC assesses financial preparedness from the evidence available. It does not predict lender approval or loan terms.

Run a new analysis to assess financing readiness.

PROFITABILITY INTELLIGENCE

Understand where the business is making or losing money

DP-09 uses recognized revenue and expenses, not cash timing, so TIC does not confuse cash receipts with revenue or supplier payments with expense recognition.

Upload at least two comparable profitability periods and build a new analysis to use DP-09.

PROFITABILITY INFORMATION

Provide income-statement information

Profitability Intelligence is period-based. TIC needs recognized revenue and expenses tied to explicit reporting dates, not cash receipts or payment dates.

INCOME STATEMENT / P&L

Upload monthly profitability periods

CSV is active in this prototype. Each row should identify the reporting period start and end, whether the period is closed, partial or forecast, and recognized revenue, COGS and operating expenses.

Required time fieldsperiod_start · period_end · period_statusCurrent comparison rule: latest two CLOSED monthly periods.
Upload an income-statement CSV to see the periods TIC can use for Profitability Intelligence.
After uploadUse Business Information to validate the full source package and release a refreshed analysis.

TIME BASIS

How TIC interprets profitability periods

Closed month

Eligible for the authoritative month-over-month profitability comparison.

Partial month

Stored and identified as partial, but not compared silently with a full closed month.

SCENARIOS

See what could improve the cash shortage

TIC can test controlled changes without changing your original outlook.

CUSTOMER COLLECTIONS

Test one customer payment arriving 7 days earlier

TIC moves one eligible customer payment one week earlier, reruns the full 13-week outlook, and compares the result with your original outlook.

Run a baseline analysis first.
